Discover the flavorful world of Vietnamese cuisine at Pho Thanh II, located at 637 E Joyce Blvd, Fayetteville, AR. This beloved local restaurant is a go-to destination for those craving authentic Vietnamese dishes, especially its renowned pho.

As you step inside, you're greeted with a cozy and unassuming atmosphere, perfect for a casual dining experience. The warm, inviting space is ideal for both family gatherings and quick lunches, making it a popular spot among locals. Although it can get quite busy, the energy of the bustling kitchen only adds to the excitement of enjoying a meal here.

Start your culinary journey with the Cha Gio Fried Egg Rolls for just $3.95, which are a delightful starter to whet your appetite. These crispy rolls are filled with a savory mix, offering a satisfying crunch and bursting with flavor. Alternatively, indulge in the Chicken Wings—six pieces for $5.95—perfect for sharing (or keeping all to yourself!).

The star of the menu, of course, is the pho. Options like Pho Tai (eye round steak) and Pho Tai Nam (eye round steak and brisket) are beloved by patrons. The broth is a fragrant symphony of spices, slow-cooked to perfection that warms you from the inside out, ideal for a chilly day. It's no surprise that regulars like Ali and Ryu Hime rave about the beautifully balanced and savory flavors, often coming back for the comforting embrace of the soup.

If you’re in the mood for rice, Pho Thanh II does not disappoint with its selection of Com Chien Fried Rice, featuring options like Chicken Fried Rice and Beef Fried Rice both priced at $7.95. These dishes are satisfying on their own, well-seasoned, and equally popular among hungry diners.

While the food quality has earned its praises—listed as one of the best pho spots by Jennifer Whitfield—some guests have noted that the service can be a bit hit-or-miss, especially during peak hours. A few patrons experienced slight delays or missed orders, but the flavors often make it worth the wait. Dr. Stephen King and John Trinh mentioned their service encounters, suggesting a little patience can lead to a truly rewarding meal.

Pho Thanh II isn't just a meal; it's an experience filled with rich flavors and convivial atmosphere. Whether you're rummaging through your cravings or simply exploring the diverse culinary landscape of Fayetteville, don't miss this unique Vietnamese gem. Your palate will thank you!

The food, quantity and quality were exceptional, but i did find service to be lacking. It was very busy, but still I would have expected someone to refill tea or at least check on us after serving the food. I'm also disappointed in the checkout process, including the inability to leave a custom tip, you could only pick from 18% and up. What ever happened to 15% being standard and higher amounts reserved for exceptional service, which we did not receive. However, I couldn't finish my meal and had to leave quite a bit behind. Next time I'll order the small bowl and maybe an appetizer if I feel really hungry.

This is my favorite place to eat in Fayetteville. This place is great for Pho soup and warm noodles on a cold day as well as refreshing boba and cold dishes on a hot one. I highly recommend the V8 and V4, as well as the eponymous Pho soup.

Our family prefers the seasoning of this location over the other ones they have in NWA. Their rice dishes, and Pho is delicious and is actually better than some places in Dallas, which is where we’re from. It tends to be busy quite quite often each time we’re there and service isn’t the best. The first time they forgot to include one of the items we ordered and then the next time, it took 10-15 minutes after my wife got her pho for me to get my rice dish. But they are friendly and we can look past that. Overall we’ll be back

Food is consistently so good. Pho broth is on point - savory, well balanced, flavorful. The a2 is also great, definitely get it. Service is good, sometimes they get slammed busy but have patience, it’s worth it! Kind of unassuming location but really a treasure - usually trek over at least a couple times a month.

Quick service. Low key atmosphere- nothing special. Better for a lunch place. The crispy noodle dish was meh. A little lacking in flavor/ spices. Fried rice dishes were much better. Bubble tea was good but pretty expensive. I would recommend the pork springs roll appetizers.

One of the best Pho places around. Always fast and friendly service. The food has never disappointed me. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
